We are looking for a team lead who can:
--manage a team that handles the day-to-day payment investigation process for several entities of UBS for clients around the globe
--coordinate daily workload, reporting and metrics
--drive change in a dynamic environment
--manage and develop people to their full potential
Your team
You will be working in the Payment Investigations Team in Wroclaw. Aligned with Corporate and Personal Banking in Switzerland, we are responsible for queries related to non-Swiss clients in Europe and America across multiple business divisions. Our goal is to provide excellent and efficient client service within a highly regulated business. We work within tight time frames to solve problems for our clients and businesses.
Your expertise
--A proven people and process manager with the ability to build and maintain an effective team
--Fluent in English; (working knowledge of German or French would be a welcome)
--Knowledgeable about of financial operations. An understanding of payments, especially SWIFTs is a strong plus.
--Able to learn quickly, flexible and adaptable; a good problem solver.
--Keenly risk aware
--Detail oriented but able to see the big picture
--Interested in robotics and automation
