Job description:

Your main responsibilities would be:

• Create and optimize an accurate, cost effective and timely delivery plan based on data / customer orders to ensure that the right product and volume is delivered from the right source to the right destination at the right time by the right truck

• Ensure scheduled deliveries are in line with HSSE and operational procedures and customers´ SLAs

• Work with analysts (where relevant) and other schedulers to balance order demand against truck supply

• Ensure the truck diary is correctly set up in scheduling system

• Ensure Supply and product availability issues are reflected in scheduling system set-up

• Allocate orders to trucks

• Primary contact point for the hauliers to advise truck drivers of necessary amendments to plan

• Manage deviation from plan

• Handle customer enquiries to change/amend orders, evaluate the real need and feasibility for scheduling changes, and liaise with scheduling team where appropriate

• Communicate to customers on service delivery failures

• Ensure any Special Instructions noted on the orders have been processed

• Receive urgent order requests and create urgent orders within framework of delivery promise

Requirements:

If you have:

• Hungarian language at min. C1 level

• IT affinity

• Ability to priority setting in a hectic operational environment

• Ability to handle unplanned issues arising from delivery/system constraints

• Resistance to stress, ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines

• Continuous Improvement mindset

• Ability to close teamwork within the scope

• Logistic/distribution experience/background nice to have
