Your main tasks:

• Providing vision and direction to the team, as well as coordinating and controlling team’s performance daily
• Making sure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on
• Taking care of a team budget and managing vacation leave
• Helping with recruitment processes and onboarding new team members
• Taking care of a good communication flow both inside the team and outside
• Planning personal development of team members and conducting evaluation meetings
• Conducting retrospective meetings with the team
• Fostering a spirit of teamwork and unity among team members
• Empowering creative initiatives coming from team members
• Identifying and helping to solve problems and obstacles that may occur within the team members
• Taking care of optimizing technical and operational processes
