In this role, you have the opportunity to secure transparency of various risks and exposures caused by our supply base through the implementation of Integral Supplier Risk Framework. As a Processes & Systems Expert in Supplier Risk Management, you will support the risk management process and facilitate risk mitigation-related activities to minimize the impact for Royal Philips.

Your responsibilities

• Ensuring the availability and quality of data required for state of art supplier risk assessments
• Supporting implementation of Integral Supplier Risk Framework across Royal Philips and related risk rating methodologies
• Maintaining supplier risk management processes, tools and templates
• Supporting continuous improvement projects to further optimize the effectiveness of risk assessment and mitigation practices
• Providing risk assessment calculations and analyses for identified risks
• Executing controls related to supplier risk management process
• Supporting supplier crisis management activities
• Reporting out on metrics and progress related to supplier risk management
• Collaboration with a third-party risk assessment service provider
• Maintaining internal cross-functional network related to risk management and supplier management

You are a part of the Integral Supplier Risk Framework implementation in Philips Procurement and connected functions. The team consists of a Global Supplier Risk Manager, Business Process Expert and two Project Specialists.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

• University degree (Finance, Mathematics or relevant preferable)
• Proven track record in procurement, finance or project management
• Understanding of risk management processes
• Fluent English (both verbal and written)
• IT Literacy: MS Excel, MS Access, QlikView, QlikSense, Sharepoint
• Previous experience in RPA projects will be an asset
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
• Team-player
