Your responsibilities would include:
The IT Business Information Specialist provides functional application support in ensuring that services and applications are working as per agreed design and contribute to the operational integrity of HEINEKEN business operations.
The position is based in Kraków in HGSS IT team.
1) Supports for key IT platforms towards the financial processes;
2) Translates business needs into IT functionality;
3) Acts as escalation point for incidents;
4) Acts as a liaison with and providing consultancy support towards key-users and OpCos;
5) Creates change requests based on business requirements and prioritizes and coordinates their execution;
6) Contacts with Runbook/SAP IM/SSF-IC organizations;
7) Collects and shares best practices, standardization (CPI);
8) Supports Roll-Out Projects
And any other task assigned by TL within the scope of functional responsibilities
You are The Candidate if:
You have:
- Min. of 3 years work experience in an international company, preferably in accounting or reporting
- Good knowledge of business processes (OtC, PtP, RtR, BPM)
- Knowledge of SAP
- Good knowledge of change management/Incident Management Process
- Experience with functional application support of medium to high complexity
- Dynamic and eager to work on a variety of topics to support work across the team
- Analytical capabilities, excellent at MS Excel
- High concern for quality, accuracy and data
- Continuous process improvement attitude
- Experience in conducting trainings is a must
- Very good communication and presentation skills
- Stakeholder management
- Collaborative, open-minded & well-organized
