Currently we are looking for a person for the position of:
Senior Strategy & Planning Lead | Cracow

What you’ll do:
  • Ensures the smooth strategic execution of the annual planning processes in close cooperation with the Head of Strategy & Planning & PMO EU/SA who signs accountable for them. Works with key stakeholders to perform data analysis, synthesizes results and communicates understandable and actionable recommendations. Advises in developing plans to align organizational objectives with achievable targets intended to meet stakeholder and leadership expectations
  • Serves as Strategic Advisor to the Head of Strategy & Planning & PMO Europe/Africa
  • Secures the smooth flow of the European Executive Meeting, advises on topics prioritization, sets up agendas and in cooperation with Functions deliver meaningful content and secures follow up on defined actions
  • Ensures transparency of key Priorities progress across all employee levels in the organization. Leads development of Strategic updates for Global and European Executives as well as secures information sharing with wide group of employees. Coordinate business reviews
  • Signs responsible for providing transparency that enable Executives to make informed decisions before re-establishing strategic objectives or changes to key initiatives
  • Signs responsible and leads the content, preparation, execution, documentation and follow up of Strategic Events
What you’ll need:
  • Higher education in Business Administration / MBA
  • Min 3-5 years of experience and proven performance in consultancy and/or strategic planning in a global cooperation as well as Project Management of Business Projects inside or outside of the direct Selling industry
  • Proven consultancy and/or strategic planning background
  • Strategic and analytical Thinking: Ability to think strategically and understand the broader view
  • Managing Multiple Priorities: Ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activities, making effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation
  • Relationship and Stakeholder Management: Diplomacy, Assertiveness, ability to influence, negotiate and manage conflicts effectively and constructively with relevant stakeholders
  • Experience in leading cross functional Projects and Senior Team in an international Environment
  • Experience in close cooperation and high exposure Executive Team
  • Deep knowledge of process methodologies including RACIs
  • Good communication, cooperation and teambuilding skills
  • Strong Presentation skills and very good English skills
  • Assertiveness
  • Readiness to Travel
