We are looking for a team lead who can:
--manage a team that handles the day-to-day Trade Finance Letter of Credit processing
--coordinate daily workload, reporting and metrics
--manage and develop people to their full potential
--partner effectively with senior stakeholders within Trade Finance
--drive change in a dynamic environment

Your team

You will be working in the Trade Finance Team in Wroclaw. Aligned with Personal and Corporate Banking in Switzerland, we work with teams in all 3 Swiss regions to handle LCs for their clients. Our goal is to provide excellent and efficient client service within a highly regulated business and tight time frames.

Your expertise

--A proven people and process manager with the ability to build and maintain an effective team
--Experience in Trade Finance; knowledge of DOKA is a significant plus
--Fluent in English; (working knowledge of German, French or Italian would be welcome)
--Knowledgeable of financial operations
--Able to learn quickly, flexible and adaptable; a good problem solver.
--Keenly risk aware
--Detail oriented but able to see the big picture
--Interested in robotics and automation
