Technical Helpdesk Specialist
Work place: Olsztyn
What would you do as a Technical Helpdesk Specialist?
- Effectively analyse and solve the online technical system issues reported by the client via email or calls. This includes: resetting passwords or fixing log in issues
- Efficiently utilise both internal and client facing systems
- Provide practical solutions to the clients and internal stakeholders
- Where necessary, escalate the issue to the Level 2 support
- Deliver customer satisfaction and good quality service
- Support clients with reporting tools
Requirements:
- Minimum one year of experience in customer service
- Fluent English
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Analytical and methodical approach
- Effective time management and strong multitasking abilities
- Must be proactive and prepared to investigate issues on own initiative with the minimum of information
- Display a high level of attention to detail
- Team-player
- Strong customer orientation
