As the Technical Writer/Change Management you are responsible for providing a range of services to both the Client and other stakeholders in terms of reviewing and creating business documentation.

What will you do:

• Review current state of process documentation
• Create new DTPs, update existing ones in order to meet guidelines for procedures
• Assume a lead role in maintaining process documentation available online (work instructions, process flows, youtube videos, system flows)
• Maintain internal and external help centers to ensure consistency and accuracy
• Work with PM analysts and the client to encourage them to proactively request documentation updates whenever there are processes changes or new use cases not covered in existing documentation

What do we expect?

• Minimum 2-3 years of business experience ideally in a P2P department or similar role type within a financial services environment
• Advanced written and spoken English
• Communications skills and experience in documentation writing. In-depth knowledge of how to create DTPs
• Basics of HTML - desirable
• Experienced in process mapping techniques and tools - desirable
