Your role
Do you feel passionate about technology architecture and process design? Are you interested in defining, maintaining and supporting a range of core processes spanning UBS technology architecture? Are you motivated to work closely with colleagues using these processes in a complex, diverse and global environment? We’re looking for a Process Lead to join our team.
In this role you will be responsible for leading the development and improvement of Group CTO core architecture processes. This will include but not be limited to:
•define Process Management Framework and Process Mapping Approach
•document CTO processes and issue best practice documents and guidelines
•build a collaboration network across the federated CTO community
•create a process culture and ways of thinking
•standardize problem solving methods and performance metrics
•challenge the current way of working, identify process inefficiencies, and lead improvement projects
Your team
Sitting within Group Chief Technology Office (CTO), you'll be working as part of the core process team. The team combines process transformation capabilities with in-depth knowledge of UBS technology architecture. We take responsibility for standardizing CTO ways of working and use various methods to discover, model, analyze, measure, improve, and automate our processes.
Your expertise
•minimum of 10 years of experience including business analysis, process design / support and end user engagement
•expertise in Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN), ARIS, Process Waste Analysis, Process Mining, Automation and Digitalization
•delivery leadership experience
•knowledge of enterprise / technology architecture, enterprise process management and change management
•proven track record of working cross-functionally and building close working relations at all levels
•excellent stakeholder management and communications skills
•determination, effort and enthusiasm to deliver results
•ability to generate new ideas and creative approaches which move the business forward
•personally well organized and keep focused on priorities
•team player with analytical and problem-solving skills
•excellent in business story building
•fluent in English
