We are currently looking for an Intern in HR Talent Acquisition team to support its recruitment activities in Krakow.
As an intern in the Talent Acquisition Support team you will support Recruiters and Talent Acquisition Administrators in various recruitment related activities. Throughout the internship you will have a chance to gain understanding of end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, work on advanced recruitment technologies and learn from experienced and passionate recruiters.
Responsibilities:
- Direct sourcing and candidates’ selection for IT and financial roles
- Scheduling interviews and conducting phone HR screens
- Communicate with candidates in appropriate way and assure they are provided with stellar candidate experience
- Ensure that all information and collateral relating to opportunities at BBH are accurate, professional and positively impact the reputation of BBH
- Coordinating video interview platform
- Support with recruitment reporting
- Preparing all documentations connected with candidate’s interview process for Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers;
- Collating and administrating all changes in Applicant Management Systems, which includes candidate: comment updates, status changes, interview follow-up meetings, ready for hire process;
- Other recruitment related tasks as required
Requirements:
- Passion for HR/Recruitment
- Must have strong attention to details
- Nice to have: some internship experience in sales and/or recruitment would be beneficial
- Strong organizational skills & communication skills
- Good Microsoft Office skills, including Excel
- Fluent English
