Currently we are looking for a person for the position of:
HR Business Systems Analyst (temporary) | Cracow

What you’ll do:
  • Be responsible for end-to-end HR processes and system administration according to agreed roles & responsibilities
  • Handle customer queries
  • Maintain data in HR systems and interpret it to ensure accurate and consistent employee information
  • Create and manage moderately complex reports on an ad-hoc and regular basis
  • Execute data audits for accuracy and consistency
  • Handle escalations for moderately complex employee queries
  • Independently develop solutions to a wide range of moderately complex problems and technical issues within HR systems
  • Proactively analyze HR systems and their operating processes and procedures, to identify inefficiencies and access opportunities for improvement
  • Cooperate with HR Consultants and HR Leaders to ensure correct data and process flows in HR systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to implement and support a consistent employee experience through usage of HR Tools
  • Perform testing and deliver training to users during system changes and upgrades
  • Compile and update operating documentation and Knowledge Management articles for HR systems support
  • Play a focal point role of specific modules of HR Systems
  • Lead projects under the supervision
What you’ll need:
  • Feel comfortable to work with systems
  • Min 2 years of working knowledge of HR tools e.g. SuccessFactors or SAP
  • Working knowledge of support systems e.g. ServiceNow is a benefit
  • Experience of delivering HR systems support is a benefit
  • Strong customer focus
  • Strong analytical skills and inquisitiveness
  • High level of attention to details and accuracy
  • Ability to solve problems and challenge status quo
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to achieve objectives through consulting and positive interaction with culturally diverse teams, external partners and clients
  • Good time management skills to manage your own time and meet tight deadlines even under time pressure
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to effectively prioritize tasks
  • Ability to collect, analyze and translate HR business needs into application functionalities and the other way round
  • Ability to work independently with the minimal supervision
  • Excellent written and oral communication in English
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Working knowledge of MS VBA is a benefit
