Your new team:

Global Accounting Operations (GAO) control Hub acts as a first line support for the Global Accounting Organization to coordinate and introduce Finance Program and Policies. Moreover, Team is responsible for the maintenance and regular review of the Controls Repository and Centralized SOP Repository aligned to the specific Taxonomy. Additionally Team is responsible for the Issue Management coordination and is leading various projects, during which regularly collaborates with GAO Senior Management – Global Process Owners from NA, EMEA and APAC.

Your scope of responsibilities:

  • Execution and delivery of Finance Program across Global Accounting Organization

  • Driving Risk Assessments Programs (Operational and IT)

  • Coordination of the Issue Reporting platforms - effective support for Remediation Plans execution

  • Audit reporting support

  • Controls Maintenance and design

  • Leading implementation of the new Finance policies and programs

  • Ad-hoc projects coordination

  • Collaboration with Business Risk Management Team

  • Collaboration with Senior Management across Global Accounting Organization (EMEA, NA and APAC)

What skills and professional experience we value?

  • 4-5 years’ work experience preferably in finance industry – accounting, controls, audit

  • Project Management experience would be an advantage

  • Excellent analytical, time management, communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to read and understand policies and obligations to implement them into organization processes

  • Ability to multi-task and manage various projects

  • Ability to observing and preventing potential issues; being proactive

  • Attention to details is crucial

  • Advanced MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Outlook, WORD)

  • Intermediate/Advanced English level is needed
