What do you need to start?

• Speak French at C1 level and English at B2 level
• Have good knowledge of MS Excel;
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Be able to meet deadlines;
• Have great customer service skills;

We don’t require professional experience. You will be working among experts, where willingness to learn new things is supported by a wide range of trainings designed to improve your skills.

What duties will help you grow as an expert?

• Successfully communicating by phone and email with Partners from France and internal teams to coordinate all order-related actions;
• Taking ownership of delivery-related problems by escalating to appropriate departments and keeping the Partner up to date (e.g. exchanging of units damaged in transport, late deliveries, etc.);
• Documenting properly all order-related information in the ERP system to assure compliance with audit requirements;

What development path can you choose?

You will start your career from the onboarding plan where you’ll grab the basics. When you gain enough experience, you can get promoted or change your role internally choosing from various job positions in areas such as finance, project management, customer care, IT and much more.
