Your role

want to contribute towards building a robust oversight & governance framework and reporting capability within the Model Oversight & Governance function at UBS? Are you interested in data analytics?

Given the significant growth in use of models across UBS globally, you will be joining one of the most dynamic governance functions in the Group.

We are looking for someone like that to be integral to the growth of the Model Oversight & Governance Team and its service offering.

You will:
• support the development, implementation and maintenance of the model risk oversight & governance framework, producing periodic high quality, value-adding model risk reports & assessments around key performance metrics and control status
• designing and supporting model risk reporting to various key stakeholders including senior management, governance boards / committees and externally to auditors/regulators

Your team

You will be part of the Model Oversight & Governance Team located in Eximius Park in Zabierzow (soon moving to Fabryczna), who are responsible globally for the design & maintenance of the model risk control framework including policy framework, committee & working group structuring and model risk reporting.

Your expertise

• quantitative academic or business administration background and interest in data management and process automation
• high proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of other analytical/reporting tools (e.g. Tableau) / process automation and programming language (e.g. SQL) is advantageous
• ability to help create an open and participative environment with effective team work and communication
• highest level of integrity and professionalism
• excellent communication skills, also in English
