The AVP of Procurement will be a part of the transformation team that supports transformation activities within Accounts Payable and Procurement departments.

What you will be responsible for
As Procurement Project Manager you will

Help support Transformation activities within the AP / Procurement department, including tracking save opportunities.

Collaborate and interface with Transformation Office, Initiative Owners, and Procurement personnel. Including process troubleshooting and design.

Partner with Initiative owners on the reporting and execution of large initiatives. Follow up on transformation related requests from Sponsors, Stakeholders and Transformation Office.

Support Procurement initiatives and transformation activities, including monthly reporting to the senior leadership

Manage and lead projects for their entire cycle, or certain parts in for bigger and more advanced projects

Collaborate with various Category Managers

Manage project lifecycle, preset project results and deliverables
What we value
These skills will help you succeed in this role

10 years of professional experience preferably from international work environment including 4+ years in Project Management together with 4+ years of Strategic Sourcing / Procurement / Category Management / Accounts Payable

Experience in process transformation is preferred

Knowledge of basic accounting principals would be an asset

Excellent data analysis and data visualization skills are preferred

Strategic thinking and problem solving skills

Strong change agent and execution skill set

Proven self-starter who can work independently and with teams, effectively juggle multiple priorities, and has a strong track record of delivering outstanding results

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
