Your responsibilities would include:

• validating requests of creation and maintenance of global data in accordance with complex and extensive Data Standards and Policies, within agreed Service Level Agreement
• acting as a first line of support for any queries related to multiple domains of master data: vendor, material and customer; as well as application usage, from Heineken worldwide stakeholders
• providing role maintenance related to MDM application in HeIDM for all worldwide Heineken master data users
• ensuring Standard Operating Procedures are up-to-date
• providing necessary trainings to the team (new joiners, new functionalities)
• participating or leading CPI initiatives to improve processes or/and systems and tools
• monitoring Master Data quality and raising concerns about Master Data quality, data governance and related issues as necessary to the relevant stakeholders
• supporting in testing of the new functionalities and application fixes

You are a good Candidate if:

• You are fluent in English
• You have Bachelors or Master's degree
• You have minimum 1-3 years of relevant professional experience within master data area
• You have strong attention to details
• Your analytical skills are on a high level
• Your Excel knowledge is on a very good level (VBA will be treated as an asset)
• You have attention to the details and quality skills
• You are able to work in teams
