As Manager Finance Project Controlling you will be establishing and leading the Project Controlling stream within a growing IBS organization.
You will work alongside Project Managers, Project teams and IBS Finance Controlling teams to ensure governance, budgeting, reporting and tracking of projects' financials, and coordinating some projects' financial workstreams to ensure successful delivery.
HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?
• Set-up the processes required for the efficient project controlling• Lead in building the framework to identify and resolve project risks or issues
• Lead in building the framework to understand project needs
• Design and execute various analyses/models
• Lead to accurately reflect project decisions in the systems and analyze the consistency and completeness of local cost recording structures
• Support Project Managers in defining key project dimensions
• Assist with key business planning assumptions and opportunities
• Support in building business scenarios to enable speed and quality and in supporting finance cycles management and stage-gate cycles
• Produce financial and other business analyses and interpretation
• Direct a team of finance professionals supporting project controlling activities
• Build personal growth opportunities by presenting personal objectives, mentor and counseling

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
• problem solver with a University Degree in Economics or Finance;• a person willing to challenge the status quo and strive to improve the processes
• a person with 7 years of proven experience in an international company incl. managerial experience;
• Accountancy qualification such as ACCA, CA, CIMA, etc. will be a huge asset
• a proficient English speaker (oral and written) with a very good understanding of MS Office programs, especially MS Excel and financial coordinated systems;
• an individual able to work under time pressure, prioritize tasks and follow time frames;
• a person with the skill of perspective thinking and ability to narrow an enormous number of details into readable management view;
• strong analytical and interpersonal skills are desired.
