Customer Service Representative

with Italian

As a Customer Service Representative with Italian you will handle B2B relations with our customers.

What will you do?

Provide professional customer service in Italian and English
Responsible for order management activities in SAP
Manage returns from the customers
Coordinate resolution of shipping incidents
Actively look for potential process improvements
Ensure resolution of queries within the contractual metrics

What do we expect?

Fluency in English and Italian
MS Excel at intermediate level and SAP knowledge would be an asset
Very good analytical and problem-solving skills, high attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
