IT Administration Operational Excellence Team is looking for creative and driven individuals ready to join our team on 3 months internship position. The role holder will need to demonstrate good time organizational skills, proactive attitude and willingness to drive continuous improvement culture across the organization. What you will be responsible for

As an Intern in Operational Excellence Team you will:

• Develop reports and analysis using Service Now, MsExcel and Tableau

• Maintain reports instructions

• Participate in Inclusion and Diversity projects

• Perform process reviews and help managing the implementation of future state engaging with all stakeholders

• Locate and define new process improvement opportunities

Support the Operational Excellence Analysts to create a continuous improvement consultancy

Education & Preferred Qualifications

• University student or graduate, preferably with IT or Administration background

• Strong analytical and data visualization abilities

• Familiarity with MsOffice toolkit

• Knowledge of Service Now and/or Tableau (optional)

  Additional requirements

• Knowledge of LEAN, ITIL or Agile methodologies will be considered a plus
