We’re looking for a IT Solutions Analyst to:
•be at the heart of our digital work.
•help bring capabilities to life through our Solution Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
•develop capabilities using some of the latest Microsoft 365 technology, helping UBS improve the services it provides.
•help transform ideas into solutions using requirements, design elements and technology.
•collaborate with technologists to drive delivery within an Agile framework.
•contribute to and help organize the delivery of key technology solutions.
•identify opportunities to improve our solutions and processes.

Your team

You’ll be working in the Service Architecture, Governance & Enablement team. Our role is strategically focused, developing tools, standards, processes and reporting that enable the digital management of Infrastructure & Security Engineering and its’ 70+ Services.

Your expertise

• a passion for technology, data and problem solving.
• technical awareness of how coding languages can be used to create solutions.
• an understanding and / or experience in business analysis techniques (requirements, process design, wireframing) to develop solutions.
• illustrated passion for learning new skills and concepts.
• experience working within an Agile delivery model and methodologies.
• a bonus if you have experience working with Microsoft Power Platform.
• positive, determined, inquisitive, able to challenge and able to manage differing stakeholders needs.
• excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• fluent in English to support a Global client base.
