Responsibilities:

• Monitors order management process for customers
• Aligns orders according to the policy, product availability and requested product delivery date to maximize deliveries for customers
• Requests and monitors additional volumes requests with Category/Planning team
• Minimizes unconfirmed orders in the orderbook
• Prepares orderbook reports for Customers (orderbook, delivery report, hold report)
• Attends calls with the customer when required
• Supports launch related orders
• Preparing and presenting statuses and operational trends on regular calls with client

What do we expect?

• Fluent in English and Italian
• MS Office skills: Excel at minimum intermediate level, Power Point
• Experience in Customer Service or Supply Chain area
• Ability to work analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Flexibility and availability to work under pressure
