Who we are looking for:

The Business Process Automation Developer is responsible for developing robotics using UiPath and other automation solutions for manual processes. The successful candidate will work closely with analysts and business teams to deliver and maintain high quality automation projects.


Responsibilities:

  • Designing, developing and implementing the automation workflows, providing operational support to robotics automation process in UiPath in accordance with standard design principles

  • Building end to end automation solutions including other technologies (VBA, Python etc.) depending of the requirements and business cases

  • Working with business representatives to understand requirements, scope and acceptance criteria

  • Collaborating with appropriate teams (IT, GMAS) to ensure consistent service delivery and inclusion into wider RPA/RDA governance model

  • Supporting less experienced team members

  • Writing user manuals, training material and application support documents as required

  • Obtaining appropriate sign-off

  • Responsible for client inquiries and incidents

  • Working on case prioritization with Business/process analysts

  • Reporting of progress to PEX Lead

  • Escalation of risks and issues to PEX Lead

  • Proactively identify and contribute to the evolution of governance and methodology to industry best practice, to meet the changing requirements of customers, to improve efficiency, or to reduce risk

Qualifications:

  • General understanding and interest of technology

  • At least 4 years of relevant experience in designing, developing, testing and deploying Robotics solutions with UiPath (attended bots) that will meet business requirements

  • Previous experience in a range of various technologies (may include VBA, Python, C/C#, JavaScript, SQL etc.)

  • Good understanding of best practices and standards

  • Good understanding of business processes and business context

  • Proactive approach to problem solving, taking ownership of issues and having determination to follow things through

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Excellent stakeholder relationship management skills, able to effectively convey technical messages to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, collaboration with business partners to drive efficiencies

  • Ability to work independently, organize your own work well

  • Ability to work according to tight deadlines

  • Ability to ask right questions and ability to interpret and present gathered information

  • Education level - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
