FP&A BU Consolidation Analyst

We are building a new FP&A structure located in Warsaw, and we are looking for new FP&A BU Consolidation Analyst team members to be part of an exciting change in the way we approach FP&A as a company. This team will be part of defining and delivering this transformation and offers significant opportunity for growth, both within the role and for future opportunities in Schneider Electric.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
- Ensure the timelines of Group reporting for respective perimeter and support entities in solving issues related to closing activities
- Monthly Performance analysis preparation:
- Orders, Sales and P&L analysis from results screening, identify main evolutions, interactions with Operations FP&A teams to get more insights on the main performance drivers of the month, to summary preparation and sharing with In-entity FP&A, prepare the presentation dashboards for the Business, divisions and Line of Business), adequately explain variances against Prior, Forecast, Targets:
- Commercial Margin AOC (analysis of changes) – perform the margin evolution analysis with all included element (Price, Volume, Forex, mix, other)
- Quarterly reporting:
- Deep dive analysis on specific offers and their performance
- Support Quartelry Buisness Reviews preparation
- Annual processes: Prior, Target, Strategic plan – provide template for reconciliation and consolidation
- Take active part in automatization of performance analysis reports within Energy management:
- Manage ad-hocs
- Support process transition and document transferred knowledge
Skills and Competencies
- Degree in Finance or Business management
- 3 years post-qualification experience in relevant field: FP&A, Controlling, Financial Audit
- Pro-active, collaborative team-player with international mindset
- Ability to handle complex matters
- Result oriented
- Well organized
- Strong command in English
- High energy, work ownership and dedication
- Digital savvy
- Work in integrated Microsoft Office 365 environment, various BI tools including Tableau
