Currently we are looking for a person for the position of:
Junior ITM Project Manager | Cracow

What you’ll do:
  • Leads cross functional ITM projects/ new product launches and serves as a liaison between key stakeholders
  • Serves as the key point of contact for all aspects of the project
  • Develops, manages and reviews status of projects and budgets, manages schedules and prepares communication reports
  • Assesses project issues and develops solutions to meet cost, quality, timing and delivery objectives
  • Develops appropriate tools to monitor project progress
  • Develops and maintenance of the operational documents necessary for managing complex projects
  • Prepare the detailed project plan for business continuation projects, product promotion premiums, customer strategy
  • Delineate and prepare project status presentation covering aspects of project milestones achieved
  • Support identification and allocation of optimum resources (manpower, tools, software) to facilitate project execution
  • Risk identification and assessment to facilitate timely completion of the assigned project
  • Review the progress with the Functional Heads
  • Prepare and share periodic project status reports
What you’ll need:
  • Good computer systems acumen including Microsoft Project
  • Effectively oversees, coordinates, and integrates resources to support project and/or organizational goals
  • Establishes courses of action for self and others to ensure work is completed efficiently and on time, on profile and on budget
  • Uses sound judgment to escalate issues for quick resolution
  • Ability to interpret and apply the key internal and external drivers that affect the business, including financial, political, cultural and industry trends
  • Ability to read, interpret and draw accurate conclusions from technical or business material
  • Effectively communicating and presenting complex datato influence all levels and global audiences
  • Ability to think strategically and understand the broader view
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively on multiple projects in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to prioritize and successfully manage project deliverables on time
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective and productive relationships, including ability to influence, negotiate and manage conflicts
  • Develops relationships and trust with team members, able to drive team member accountability and desired behaviors
  • Ability to formulate conclusions and recommendations using facts and data, business analysis, deductive reasoning and sound judgment
  • Should own up the accountability of the project as a whole
