Currently we are looking for a person for the position of:
Communications Project Leader (temporary - 12 months) | Cracow

Purpose of Role:

  • Execution and management of communication plans and related assets, aligned to strategies & requirements
  • Gatekeepers to the brands’ identity according to predefined standards & consistency of the message
  • Function as a communication expert and consultant for assigned product category and related brands in communication area
What you’ll do:
  • Execution of the communication tools/assets across all available Amway channels (web, mobile, email, social media) according to annual communication plans for product launches
  • Acting as a communication expert for interdependent/cooperating departments within the company
  • Representing broad knowledge on items within various marketing channels (mobile, digital, print, online, social media)
  • Ensuring materials are produced according to predefined design and brand standards
  • Ensure consistent brand and product messaging across all communication content
  • Understanding key requirements per communication tool/asset
  • Managing the communication projects – work on master versions, collect approvals from interdependent depts., manage and work according to predefined schedules, coordinate the localization of the materials
  • Managing the budget spend and cost tracking in Oracle system and outside related with assigned communication projects
  • Providing support and input to other communication projects as required
  • Managing and supporting the agencies and other external parties involved in the communication projects
  • Main point of contact for the briefing of creative and translation agencies
What you’ll need:
  • At least 2-3 years experience in Communications or Marketing
  • Production & execution of communication materials
  • Design and copywriting capabilities
  • Project Management (briefing, trafficking, controlling schedules)
  • Escalation/ risk management processes
  • Ability to understand and add value to communication materials being produced – specifically around design, layout and content intent
  • Demonstrable knowledge of the process for producing communication materials ideally across multiple countries / language
