Join DSI Agile Release Train, which is responsible for IT infrastructure for all technologies in Arla and delivers the base technology platform to both the business and other release trains. The train has multiple teams and the Unified Communication team is responsible for all communication services and telco infrastructure.
We have set an ambitious growth strategy of creating the future of dairy in Arla Foods and the key driver for this is strengthening our telco infrastructure and bring it up to speed with industry standards. That is why we are looking for a Junior IT Telephony Analyst to support our existing platforms and take part in enabling new features and solutions.
Specifically, you will:
- Document existing and new solutions
- Document actions and findings
- Cooperate with internal teams to ensure all deliveries around telephony
- Communicate with vendors throughout process
- Escalate problems where appropriate
- Take essential part in the Service Introduction Management process
- Prepare technical design documents
- Perform quality reviews of ongoing- or newly deployed telco implementations
- Support:
- Telco infrastructure hardware
- Telco contact centre platforms
- Closely collaborate with stakeholders in both IT and Business
- Prepare PI-planning and System Demo together with the team members
- Actively participate in all Scrum and Train ceremonies
This role would operate within regular working hours (Mon-Fri, 8h). There might be some rare exception if some deliveries require to be conducted within maintenance windows – evening or weekends. Some travel to Arla sites might be required.

In addition, the following will be a plus (but not a requirement):
- Any experience in any IT related department
- Any knowledge of the telephony / contact centre solutions
- Ability to effectively communicate designs, concepts and technical details to a non-technical audience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Experience prioritizing and working productively while multitasking
- Be proactive, reliable, self-accountable, and able to work independently without direct supervision
- Establish trust and build relationships with people at all levels of client’s organization
- Experience with working in an agile setup – especially SAFe
- A drive to learning new technologies and challenging things for the better
