The Shell brand is our company’s most valuable asset and requires team members who manage brand related projects and respond to questions and approvals on communications, merchandise, packaging, naming and sub-brands, events, vehicles, and 3rd party use of the Shell brand.
We are looking for candidates with experience in Brand Standards, Identity and Merchandise management.
You will:
- Provide Brand Standards advice, review and approve branded assets and communications through liaising with key stakeholder in and outside Shell
- Provide insights and develop recommendations through analysis of measurement metrics, commercial, social/digital and others
- Manage projects, engagements, meetings and trainings with key Shell stakeholders and partner agencies
Requirements:
- Inquisitive, analytical, strong logic and problem-solving mindset, having a high attention to detail and being happy to provide challenge where she/he identifies opportunities for improvement/optimisation.
- Commercial Acumen: must be fluent in the language of business opportunities and delivery; material B2B negotiations and contract development; customer management experience including P&L responsibilities;
- Effective collaborator and communicator: ability to take complex subjects and easily distil concepts across broad audiences as well as develop strong and trusted relationships
Flexibility to manage delivery of a diverse and demanding workload. Customer-centricity is critical, to lead a team to ever higher levels of customer service.
