Main accountabilities:

• First point of contact on Contingent Workforce and channel users to the correct RtP route (IQN system or Purchase Order).

• Single point of contact for all non-technical IQN related queries from business users, Subject Matter Expert for Contract Labour and Consultancy processes and policies.

• Manages long term Business relationship/partnership ensuring top notch customer service

• Work collaboratively with CP Leads/Category Managers on deviation to category strategy.

• Support Hiring Manager with candidate selection and follow up for Hiring Managers if required.

• Manage individual sourcing process as per contractor classification, rules and supplier quilt.

• Arrange and manage onboarding virtually; work closely with business to ensure resources are onboarded/off-boarded successfully- request to obtain necessary IT equipment and GID on behalf of Hiring Manager for the contractor and provide relevant onboarding/off-boarding guidance to Hiring Manager and contractor.

• Enforce compliance and governance with HR, Categories, Legal and Fiscal policies.
