What you will be responsible for
As Administrative Assistant you will
- Provide diary management for the senior stakeholder/ s in line with the daily requirements and requests
- Setting up a high volume of meetings , 1:1’s, ad hoc meeting within Poland as well as stakeholders from other State Street locations globally
- Execute end to end travel and visits requirements (travel bookings, agenda creation and execution, reimbursement)
- Provide administration support and co- ordination around Poland wide initiatives, visits, internal events; cooperate with relevant stakeholders
- Be able to manage and deliver administrative processes (processes to be defined)
- Manage Admin tasks such a holiday tracker, expenses, newsletters, events trackers, business cards etc.
- Liaise with staff at all levels
- Provide support on ad hoc admin items when requested
- Support team members in the day to day workflow
- Provide holiday cover for other team members when needed
- Cooperate with other Administrative Assistants locally and globally

Education & Preferred Qualifications
- Previous Administrative experience will be welcomed
- Fluent in English
- Good knowledge of process management
- Very good knowledge of Excel and other MS Office tools
- Experience in events coordination
