Your ‘day to day’

• As the Regional Supply Chain T&T Manager you will be in charge for designing and managing the regional distribution processes and systems of the PMI Supply Chain distribution to fulfil both the Internal Strategic Needs and the External Legal Requirements related to the Track and Trace (T&T)
• You will coordinate the Supply Chain organizations from PMI Markets and Factories in scope of the T&T in the establishment and roll-out of processes, standard methodologies and continuous improvement projects. Define improvement areas related to systems, processes and organizations supporting adherence to the internal requirements and regulations in the region
• You will settle standard processes to be followed within distribution in accordance with the PMI global standards and the regional (or local) legal T&T regulation and define improvement areas related to systems, processes and organizations supporting adherence to the internal requirements and regulations in the region
• The Regional Supply Chain T&T Manager is also guaranteeing sustainability of the processes and systems through regional governance, change management and documentation.
• You will also be actively contributing to the Global Supply Chain T&T community in the definition of new standards, process, and tools to prepare PMI for future regulations.

Who we’re looking for:

• BS/BA degree in Supply Chain management, Engineering or equivalent level
• Native or proficient in English (level C1)
• +5 years of experience in Supply Chain in a Global / Multinational company (FMCG).
• Extensive knowledge about all aspects of Operations, with specific experience in Supply Chain and/or manufacturing, tracking and tracing
• Knowledge of EU TPD Tracking & Tracing regulations or equivalent experience in highly regulated industry (pharmaceuticals, alcoholic beverages etc.)
• Tactical & Strategical thinking, outstanding analytical skills and excellent interpersonal approach is must
• Eye For Business: ability to comprehend the global strategies
• Results Orientation: ability to follow through commitments from start to finish, remove barriers that get in the way of achieving the results, learn from mistakes and integrate findings.
• Exciting Status-quo: ability to connect the dots to build new opportunities.
