Your tasks:
- Active selling and promoting company’s products by phone to existing customers from Croatian and Macedonian market
- Being responsible for phone and e-mail communication with existing customers
- Confirming orders from the customers and upgrading the value of the order made by our customers
- Cooperating closely with Back Office Team in solving incoming inquires of clients
We expect:
- Excellent command of Italian
- Good English language – for internal communication in the company
- Ability to work min. 35 hours a week and attending a 5 days paid online training
- Self-confidence and great communication skills
- Experience in a position related to the sales and customer services is always appreciated
