Who we are looking for
We are looking for individual contributor who is knowledgeable in the area of credit risk and has ability to communicate with ease. The successful candidate will be a key member of based in Krakow and will support Credit and Market Risk teams globally. The Krakow team is a business side process and engineering team, responsible for daily reporting and limit excess triage, for project deliverables which enhance the daily risk monitoring process. The team has clients, stakeholders, and dependencies (e.g. IT) in several global locations and must operate seamlessly as part of a larger global team.

What you will be responsible for
As Credit Risk Analyst you will
-
Deliver various risk reporting and controlling activities per established procedures

Independently perform credit assessments where applicable of State Street counterparties and provide credit and risk rating recommendations based on fundamental risk analysis

Develop via process delivery and reengineering;

Work with Bloomberg terminal

Provide guidance, training and coaching to those with whom there are direct management responsibilities and others as determined appropriate;

Go extra mile, drive and inspire others in delivering quality and process improvement initiatives;

Efficiently plan and allocate resource to make things done.

Drive quality and process improvement initiatives as defined by the internal business partners

Promote best practices in coordination with internal business partners

Assist in various ad-hoc requests

Education & Preferred Qualifications

Master’s Degree in computer science, data science, engineering, mathematics or finance

5 years of banking or financial institutions experience in the Market Risk or Credit Risk domains is a must
-
Fluency in English

Familiarity with State Street’s core product lines and Information Technology Systems
