Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising the small team of HR specialists
- Overseeing day to day operations within the Krakow team, making sure the quality standards are met, the SLA are being respected and processes aligned with the procedures and best practices.
- Monitoring the daily work volumes and distributing work accordingly, engaging in operations to support the team.
- Escalating issues as needed to different HR subject matter experts (i.e. HRBPs, Payroll, Talent Acquisition etc.). Staying up to date with Polish labor law changes.
- Partnering with various teams including HR IT, Benefits, HRBPs in process change and project development activities.
- Focusing on process improvement and proposing enhancements to gain efficiencies in the team.
- Working closely with the HR Direct manager to stay informed of client activity, changing needs and help identify opportunities for improving the client experience.
- Answering more complex inquiries through case management system, phone or mailbox. Exemplifying high client service standards by demonstrating timely, accurate and professional verbal and written correspondences with clients, managers and members of the HR team.
- Supporting employees departing or returning from leave of absence (i.e. maternity, parental leave).
- Administering medical benefit for Krakow and partnering with Benefits global team and vendors in escalations, new initiatives or policy changes.
Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of Polish labor law regulations is a must
- At least 4 years of experience working in HR Administration is a must.
- Good leadership skills and ability to manage the team, help to solve escalations, conduct performance discussions with support of the team’s manager
- Ability to execute and complete tasks from start to end without additional supervision
- Excellent communication (at junior and senior levels) and problem solving skills
- Fluency in English and Polish required
- Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Office
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact at all levels of the organization with diplomacy and professionalism.
- Ability to manage multiple and conflicting priorities in a fast paced environment, while meeting deadlines.
- Ability to adapt to change as it occurs in numerous areas within HR.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential employee data with discretion and professionalism.
