We're looking for a person with communicative French that will support a French market. This is a fixed-term contract. The employment is planned for 6 months with a possibility to extend the contract or join another team.

As a Junior Purchasing Specialist,you will support transactional services we provide to our partners in France. It includes standard purchasing tasks to procure materials and services consistent with specified levels of quality, delivery, and total cost, for BD operations supported by Shared Service Center.

The Junior Purchasing Specialist maintains responsibility for assigned transactions from receipt of the requisition, placement of orders, and change orders, including expediting of materials and services from the supplier and payment process resolution.

Our expectations towards candidates:

• Very good command of the English language, the French language will be a great asset
• Strong communication and team-working skills,
• Ability to learn and take ownership,
• Proactive approach and a "can-do" attitude
• Any experience in an international environment would be an advantage
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
