Brown Brothers Harriman is currently recruiting Operations Securities Lending Specialist – Recall Management to join our Krakow team. In this role you will be working in Securities Lending Operations team focusing on a collateral management, transactions settlement and securities processing between financial markets participants.

Key responsibilities include:
- Performs a process ensuing adherence to all established policies, procedures and controls
- Reconciles breaks between the books of BBH and counter parties
- Tracks and follows up on multiple cases at the same time and, adjusts to competing priorities and meets daily deadlines
- Responds to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Ensures daily output standards, both quality and timeliness, are met
- Communicates professionally and constructively with internal and external contacts to effectively resolve any trade issues in order to minimize risk and exposure
- Understands fundamentals of relevant systems and processes
- Participates in new enhancement testing and rollout to increase productivity and improve accuracy
- Be good at working independently and in a team environment
- Escalates high exposure items, works with management towards meeting resolution
- Challenges all processes, procedures and practices to increase efficiency
- Prepares and distributes all required reports
- Builds relationships at all levels both within and outside the organization and the clients
- Participates in special projects, as requested
Qualifications:
- BS/BA degree
- at least 1 year of professional experience withing finance or banking sector
- previous professional experience in Trade management, Middle office, Collateral management will be a plus
- Research, analysis and problem resolution skills
- Excel knowledge would be a plus
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong client service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- MS Office proficiency required-included MS Word, MS Excel
