WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

As a Manager Strategy IT Consumer & Commercial, you will partner with business leaders, Product Owners and Domain Architects to create a multi-year vision for our portfolio of applications. Additionally, you will be responsible for consolidating the schedule and budget for IT Consumer & Commercial projects and monitor their interdependencies. You will have experience working closely with cross functional teams to prepare for quarterly Portfolio Planning.

You will need the following skills and experience:

· Proven experience in strategic planning, risk management and change management
· Excellent judgment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
· Demonstrated financial acumen to control costs and think in terms of profit, loss, and added value.
· Demonstrated risk and issue management and risk and issue mitigation practice
· Track record of building high-functioning internal and external relationships
· Excellent Influence and communication skills, including presentation skills and navigating difficult conversations with stakeholders & staff and ability to explain technically complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa
· Experience of project management/Agile delivery tools and methods (e.g.Teamwork/Confluence/Jira)

· Definition of IT Consumer & Commercial strategy in alignment with business needs
· Definition of IT Consumer & Commercial roadmap
· Preparation for quarterly Portfolio Planning meetings
· Consolidation of IT Consumer & Commercial projects’ plans
· Identification, escalation, and monitoring of cross-projects risks and dependencies
· Monitoring and reporting on overall budget consumption for IT Consumer & Commercials projects
· Oversight of the allocation of budget/resources, prioritization of projects in the pipeline based on business needs and IT capacity
