Your responsibilities:
- Leading the team, ensuring effective service delivery and work organization
- Providing control of the quality of investment compliance operations performed by team
- Maintaining and developing professional relations with Service Partners, Management, internal and external Clients
- Managing operational risk in operations performed by team
- Participating in projects related to work transition, system transformation, employees engagement, driving innovation and efficiency solutions
- Providing business reporting to direct manager, Service Partners, Management, Risk and compliance
- Ensuring appropriate level of staff motivation and engagement
- Setting performance objectives for staff, regular follow-up on their progress ended with appraisal process, supporting development of team members
- Leading recruitment processes, onboarding of new employees
- Ensuring effective communication and team governance
- Ensuring adherence to legal and compliance regulations and requirements within the team
- Working on Department image as a high quality, efficient and professional service center
Our Requirements:
- Proven track record of work as a team leader or team manager
- Minimum 3 years of experience in operational area
- Fluency in English as working language
- Proficient computer skills
- Good understanding of funds industry and business environment
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- High productivity and precision, drive for results
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Very good interpersonal skills, impeccable manners
- Ability to motivate, inspire and develop others
- Ability to build professional and cooperative relationships with stakeholders
Optional requirements:
- Previous experience in fund industry
- French language

Home-office information:
The position that you are applying for, is an office based-role. During the COVID-19 pandemic ad until further notice, the role will be mostly remote based (from any location in Poland) with few days per month of work from the office. You will receive equipment necessary to carry out your role.
Once the health crisis ends, we will return to the office in more extended scope, with possibility of working from home for some part of the week.
