As a Lead to Cash Lead you will be responsible for design Lead to Cash process globally, as part of Lead to Cash Transformation in a complex multi nuanced B2B and B2C environment, operating today on a multi application environment.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• A person with 10-15 years of experience in various part of Lead to Cash process in a B2B, and a B2C environment
• A person who has at least one major Lead to Cash implementation experience with SAP and other linked systems
• A person who has an experience with leading Lead to Cash Transformation in a mid size to large size organization
• A person who understands end to end process of Lead to Cash, and is able to converse with authority on the end to end process and its interlocks with rest of the processes such as record to report, tax etc.
• A person with proven experience in at least 1 global SAP S4 HANA Finance projects implementations in a role of O2C and Finance Lead / Solution Architect / Expert; Leading the process design and deployment workstream stream on SAP platforms led Programs is desirable
• A person experienced in designing Customer lifecycle journey – design local and global master data, with underlying details of Credit / Risk Management, Contracts/ Commercials/ Pricing, and complete Order Management cycle – Invoicing, Billing, Bank Integrations, Collections management.
• A person with Consumer Goods industry experience is preferable
• Experience in Designing Cost to Serve or operating cost to serve process is desirable
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Senior Stakeholder Management
• Digital readiness, data driven approach
• Ability to manage medium sized teams

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

• PMI IBS is looking for Lead to Cash (Order to Cash/ Invoice to Cash/ Credit to Cash) Manager/Lead to join a new global cross functional project team working on Finance and Lead to Cash digital transformation.
• The ideal candidate will be results-driven, resilient, expert in the Lead to Cash process including digital technological solutions (e.g. SAP S4 Hana, CFIN, SAC, GRC, Celonis, Highradius), and will thrive in a fast-paced growth environment.
• This role serves as the process expert of the overall Lead-to-Cash domain responsible for understanding company’s business objectives, requirements, pain points, and process simplification opportunities. This individual will propose design and Leda to Cash process model, while at the same time, also taking accountability for keeping the execution of the process in line with design
• In this role you will be responsible also for collaborating and working closely with SAP Central Finance Implementation, to design how Lead to Cash process will integrate with Finance, and how the LTC process will work seamless across CFIN, SAP CAR, Retail, Celonis and High Radius
•This role is accountable for bringing new age thinking, and contribute to Cost to Serve design setup.
