As Delivery Manager, you will be part of the Release Management Team focusing on live markets business needs. You will have to ensure the successful activation of all the features requested by the different markets in the scope of the global Consumer Platform. This will require the mobilization and coordination of various cross-functional configuration teams, including testing activities. You will make sure that all teams involved are delivering what the internal stakeholders expect until the features are successfully live. Your role is primarily to coordinate and plan the feature activations based on release calendar, resources availability and market needs. Also you will need to understand in detail what is being asked, what is being built and how, all the dependencies between products, as well as make sure that all teams will activate all agreed features, on schedule and quality. You will be the go-to person when it comes to feature activation deployment plan.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

•Bachelor’s degree or Master’s – ideally in an IT related field
•Proven ability in coordinating different teams
•Experience working on large scale program and eye for business in B2C processes
•Ability to deliver results in global, matrixed environments comprised of internal and external partners
•Proven track record in fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environments
•Strong skills in communication, negotiation, facilitation, and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
•Great teammate with proven ability to lead through influence

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

•Be aware of all requests linked to your scope
•Coordinate and synchronize multiple teams to ensure the proper activation of the feature
•Plan and supervise activities execution based on business prioritization
•Coordinate end-to-end activation of a certain set of features, linked to a global program
•Communicate to and align with all the relevant partners to increase awareness about platform successful activations
•Be the single point of contact for the IT team and business partners for the feature activation status of a global program
