Do you know how to engage different kinds of people on a variety of topics?

Can you turn a set of data points into an efficient process?

We’re looking for a communications and information specialist to:

• help us digitize more of our processes using tools such as Tableau, Alteryx and Power BI
• maintain our high level of staff engagement in our global team, with a balance of business information and fun
• provide guidance on appropriate communication tools and delivery channels, offering support for projects and initiatives
• create integrated communication concepts and implement them

Your team

You’ll be working in the Chief of Staff team in Poland. We work with the senior managers to drive our culture and maintain a collaborative well functioning team. The team provides a lot of the management information for the group, enabling well informed decisions.

Your expertise

We would welcome someone who is enthusiastic and eager to learn and will provide lots of support to build out your skills.

We need someone who is comfortable using Tableau or Alteryx or Power BI.

We also need someone who is fluent in written English (American or British).

Ideal candidates would be: an excellent communicator, able to convey complex ideas in a simple comprehensive way; have a flair for writing with a keen eye for deail and be able to collaborate within the team.
