We are looking for a Payroll/HR professional with knowledge of Polish labour law who will join our Poland Payroll Team for fix term contract (24 months)
Location: Krakow or Gdansk

Your new role
As Payroll Specialist you will:
Work closely with payroll vendor and internal teams to ensure payroll calculation completeness and correctness
Deliver payroll to whole population in Poland with strong focus on verification process
Support payroll activities in a timely, accurate and efficient manner in line with local legislative requirements
Provide regular as well as ad-hoc HR and Payroll reports, data and statistics;
Ensure effective and timely flow of critical information to all relevant parties/vendors/third parties and follows up on administrative details within or across divisions that includes handling confidential and sensitive information that pertains to employee personal sensitive data;
Administer payroll data and files and employees’ database (ensure payroll-related documentation is processed correctly and in a timely manner as required by Polish Labor Law and internal procedures);
Follow operationalized end-to-end local regulatory requirements and internal policies and programs;

Education & Preferred Qualifications
University degree - HR/finance/accounting preferred
2 or more years’ experience in Poland payroll or HR operations position with a an understanding of best practices around controls regulations tax compliance and working with outsourced providers
Good knowledge of Polish Labor law, with special focus on Personal Income Tax and Social Security regulations – would be an asset
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (MS Excel, Word, Outlook) is a must;
Working knowledge of HRIS and payroll systems will be an asset.
