Internal Control and Process Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Create and manage repositories of sales contractual obligations made during customer negotiations
- Identify internal owners of contractual obligations and obtain attestations about their successful performance
- Test and validate the successful performance of customer obligations
- Communicating with the business counterpart to address testing results and support with resolution actions
- Helping in Identifying opportunities for process improvements
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience gained in related expertise fields (sales contracts review, contracts management, obligations management or similar)
- Fluent English
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Understanding of and/or experience working in Enterprise sales or Cloud computing
- Familiarity with corporate governance rules, risk management content or central tracking and monitoring of company obligations
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, time
