Accenture Operations provides business process services for specific functions, including finance and accounting; procurement and supply chain; and marketing & sales. We operate business processes with a combination of talent and data, artificial intelligence, analytics and digital technologies, helping clients to improve their productivity, customer experience and performance.
As the Orderbook Coordinator with German you will mostly monitor order management process for customers.
WHAT WILL YOU DO:
Aligns orders according to the policy, product availability and requested product delivery date to maximize deliveries for customers
Requests and monitors additional volumes requests with Category/Planning team
Minimizes unconfirmed orders in the orderbook
Prepares orderbook reports for Customers (orderbook, delivery report, hold report)
Attends calls with the customer when required
Supports launch related orders
Preparing and presenting statuses and operational trends on regular calls with client
What do we expect?
Fluent in English and German (at least B2 level)
MS Office skills: Excel at minimum intermediate level, Power Point
Experience in Customer Service or Supply Chain area
Excellent communication (written and oral) and strong sense of ownership
Self-motivated with a commitment to achieving results
