with Spanish (work location: Gdańsk)

What will you do?
- The telemarketer is responsible for managing an existing customer portfolio (pharmacies). All customers should be called within a sales cycle of 4 months.
- Lead guided conversations identifying the customer needs and translate them to sales opportunities and increase revenue.
- Agile learning of product portfolio and participate in product trainings regularly. Be knowledgeable about potential substitutes in case of an out-of-stock situation
- Identifying customers’ needs, clarify information and providing solutions.
- Going an “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
- Dealing with complaints and doubts to safeguard the company’s and products reputation.
- Answer inbound calls from existing customers/pharmacies.
What we expect from you?
Spanish and English at C1 level
Positive attitude, patience, excellent communication and presentation skills
Minimum of 1.5 years of experience in Sales, Customer Service is an advantage.
Ability to deal with complaints in a customer friendly way
Experience in health science preferred
