With the pandemic accelerating the pace of digitalization and changing how we work, The Requisition to Pay (RtP) team is part of LSGO – Central Legal Operations and continues to execute a single, common, sustainable, standard RtP process across the Shell Group, securing efficiency savings and supporting maximum delivery of benefits by CP, at the same time ensuring compliance to the design and ensuring controls are maintained to minimize risk to the business.
What is the Role?
As an RtP team member in Legal, you’ll be a key member of a team providing Request to Pay support for the Legal Department. You’ll thrive on providing excellent payment related support while demonstrating a growth mindset as we look to make Legal simpler and more efficient.
More specifically, you will:
• Act as focal for the legal community for purchase decision (PO, FI or GCC)
• Perform as advisor for cost allocation (cost center or WBSE)
• Create new WBSE for inter-company billing
• Prepare spend report
• Set up and amend new vendor in the systems, and
• Setup SERP access
Additional responsibilities can include the following:
• Troubleshoot e-invoicing submissions (LEDES files) with external counsel billing departments
• Onboard external law firms to eBilling, including creating and linking timekeeper contact cards in matter management system
• Ensure timekeeper rates entered in matter management system are consistent with rates on signed, returned engagement letters
• Send and track SERP FI invoices that are sent to Manila Finance for manual upload into TeamConnect

• You are flexible, pro-active, able to multi-task and prioritize, with the confidence and initiative to coordinate support for multiple senior managers promptly and efficiently.
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills with good attention to detail.
• You have advanced knowledge and skills in Microsoft Excel and other tools (i.e., Office 365/ SharePoint/ Concur/Legal Service Now) and confident in quickly mastering new apps and processes.
• You respect confidentiality requirements.
