Your responsibilities would include:

• maintaining and improving testing roles

• minimizing budget expenditure on tests

• maintaining, reviewing and improving the test strategy (scope, approach, supporting tools, etc)

• advising HGSS and OpCo's on test optimization, automation, associated process, tools, operating model and implementation strategy that will help improve quality and reduce cycle time

• setting up schedules for central testing

• documenting tests findings

• supporting local test teams

• alignment test approach with D&T in the overall release management process

• accountable for successful testing of centrally led change requests


You are a good Candidate if:

• you have Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or information systems or relevant technical field

• you have 5- 7 years of proven experience working in ERP implementation projects and 5+ years proven experience in testing and coordinating cross functional test teams

• you are focus on details, errorless delivery, logical reasoning

• you have knowledge of end to end processes

• you are proactive with can-do-attitude

• This role uses in-depth consulting and architecture skills and Full Life Cycle Test/Test Process Model methods to analyse the SAP Central Finance system issues

• you are customer service/client focused

• you are a strong team player, proven team leadership potential

• you have proven project, time, and resource management skills in an environment where multiple implementations will take place simultaneously • Strong coordinating, influencing and communication (verbal, written and presentation) skills

• you have conflict resolution skills and dealing with resistance

• you are flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations, dealing with complexity and time pressure (working with diverse cultures)

• you are fluent in English both written and verbally

• you have strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) - ALM experience is a plus

• you have strong knowledge of SAP Test Management and Defect Management, SAP Test life cycle processes, Quality and Test assessment, Agile testing, SAP Testing tools (Solman etc )

• you have knowledge of MS Project (Server), and knowledge of MS SharePoint is an advantage
