Who we are looking for
We are looking for a passionate SQL / Python Business Anlayst or Developer demonstrating unrelenting commitment to introduce improvements and reduce waste.
Your new role
As Process Improvement Senior Developer, Officer you will
Design, develop and support of automation solutions in Python, SQL and VBA
Work on development and maintenance of proper code standards and best practices (including performing code review)
Act as a mentor to other developers, advise them on design & development of their solutions
Cooperate with other departments on introducing and sustaining Python governance in State Street Poland
Execute your own time management across a number of change items simultaneously with sufficient communication to stakeholders, ensuring that execution of the change is met within agreed deadlines
Report project progress in a timely and accurate manner to relevant key stakeholders. Articulate the risks impacting the delivery in a clear and concise fashion well before delivery deadline
Keep detailed documentation of the designed solutions to enable continuity and ease of maintenance
What we value
Previous level of experience
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Python developer
Experience in areas such as data analysis (pandas), relational databases (SQLite, sqlalchemy), relational databases (SQLite, sqlalchemy), excel integration (xlwings, openpyxl, xlsxwriter), building GUI applications (PyQt5/PySide2) strongly preferred
Expert knowledge of design patterns and principles of software solutions
Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
Advanced knowledge of MS Office & VBA: (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook)

Advanced command of English language
