We are looking to recruit an experienced Customer Care Representative with great communication skills, who has a positive mindset and is passionate about the ECCO brand. You will represent ECCO to the outside world and must build the company’s image together with your team, by providing unique customer experiences.
- Assisting customers with their inquiries regarding Ecco products, orders, payments, returns, claims and shipments
- Educating and updating yourself with deep knowledge about the company and products
- Taking part in training in customer service processes and best practices
Skills and Experience:
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team
- Excellent communication skills both written and spoken
- Strong customer driven focus
- Experience with customer service (phone, email, chat etc.) is an advantage
- Experience in using ERP and CRM –within Microsoft AX and Dynamics CRM is an advantage
- English, at least fluent is required
- Native or at least fluent in German
