Your responsibilities would include:

• working with the Product Owner and Product Architect to understand, elicit, analyse, document and communicate product/platform requirements
• actively participating in the selection of new technologies, executing proof of values, implement new features of the product
• proactively communicating and collaborating with external/internal stakeholders to implement the requirements for the platform
• maintenaning and continuous improving of the platform by innovation and introducing new features, automations, and functionalities to the platform (e.g. CI/CD, Automated Testing)
• identifying potential bottlenecks and their underlying causes that affect the platform, and propose how to solve these
• maintaining awareness of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices, and evaluate them for applicability for the Power Platform product team
• providing end-to-end responsibility together with all team members for delivering the value of the product through the entire life cycle
• ensuring the overall HEINEKEN standards and best practices are adhered by (i.e. Quality, Security, Compliance)
• participating in all the team agile ceremonies: daily scrum meeting, sprint planning, refinement, and retrospective

You are a good Candidate if:

• you have Bachelor/Master’s degree in technical field
• you have at least 3+ year in a similar role of systems administrator, Azure administrator or DevOps engineer
• you know Microsoft Enterprise cloud technologies such as Dynamics 365 CRM, Office 365 and Microsoft Azure
• you have hands on experience in scripting languages for automation of administrative tasks (PowerShell, VBScript, PERL, etc.)
• you have experience with different database like SQL Server 2012/2016, Oracle 11g/12c, AWS RDS and open source databases like Mongo DB, and NoSQL
• you know Microsoft IIS, Domains, Active Directory and ADFS
• you have experience working in DevOps environment
• you have experience working with Git / Azure DevOps
• you have experience with automated testing
• you have experience with scripting languages such as Python/PowerShell
• you possess technical proficiency that includes: systems maintenance, strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, monitoring, performance measurements, change management as well as issue management in a multi-platform environment
• you are analytically and quantitatively strong, highly structured
• you have enterprise-scale experience with cloud and hybrid infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, and technology management
• you have the expertise and ability to integrate complex elements and customer requirements into innovative and scalable technical design
• you have demonstrated knowledge of identity, authentication, security, privacy, and compliance, and how they factor into cloud and hybrid solutions integrated with ERP systems
• you have knowledge of web application security best practices and security penetration testing
• you have experience of working in an Agile environment(scrum) with rapid release cycles
• you are a tech-savvy team member who wants to develop products with innovative elements
• you are willing to help and collaborate with other team members removing impediments
• you have excellent written and verbal English

Nice to have:

• Power Platform & Azure Cloud certifications
• experience with integrations with large ERPs and CRMs
• experience of programming with SQL queries
• experience in modern web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• experience with connecting/integrating with backend ERP (SAP; JDE; MS Dynamics) systems from low code application development platforms
